1. Customized Products
All our products — including photo pillows, mugs, t-shirts, frames, keychains, and other personalized items — are custom-made as per the details, images, and designs provided by customers.
Hence, returns or refunds are not possible once the order has been printed or processed.
2. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided production has not started.

Once the printing or customization process begins, cancellations will not be accepted.
3. Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacement (not refund) only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our fault.

The product differs significantly from the ordered design or description.
To be eligible for a replacement:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and packaging condition.

Ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Personalized or customized items (photo prints, t-shirts, mugs, pillows, etc.)

Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Minor color or size variations due to printing or display differences
-
Products with incorrect details or low-quality images uploaded by the customer
5. Replacement Process
If your replacement request is approved:

You will receive confirmation via email or message.

A replacement unit will be processed and shipped within 7–10 business days.

In some cases, we may request you to return the defective product before the replacement is issued.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only provided:

If the ordered item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

Or if the order was cancelled before printing started.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
7. Shipping Costs
If a replacement is approved for a defective or incorrect item, Inku Digital Print will cover the return shipping costs.
If the issue is not due to our fault (e.g., incorrect image uploaded, wrong size chosen), the customer will bear the shipping charges.
