Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All personalized and printed products are made-to-order.

  • Order processing usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on the product type and order volume.

  • During festive seasons or sale periods, processing time may extend by an additional 2–3 days.


2. Shipping Time

  • Once processed, orders are shipped within 3–7 business days across India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service availability, and local conditions.

  • You will receive an email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


3. Shipping Partners

We use trusted logistics partners such as DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
All shipments are trackable for your convenience.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on selected products or order amounts (as mentioned during checkout).

  • For other orders, standard shipping charges will apply based on weight, size, and destination.

  • All charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


5. Delays and Exceptions

While Inku Digital Print ensures timely delivery, certain factors may cause delays, such as:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

  • Courier service delays or restrictions in specific zones

Inku Digital is not responsible for delays once the product has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping charges will apply.

  • Orders marked “Delivered” by the courier but not received by the customer should be reported within 24 hours of the delivery update.


7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please:

  1. Take photos or videos of the package before opening it.

  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours with your Order ID and proof of damage.
    We’ll assist you immediately to resolve the issue.


8. International Shipping

Currently, Inku Digital Print serves only domestic (India) orders.
International shipping options will be announced soon.
